If you create an account (via email), we store your name, email address, and a user ID so the app can track your subscription tier and your daily free-session count. Your brainstorm sessions and Brain Farm library are stored locally on your device, not on our servers.
Your information is used only to run app features: enforcing the free daily limit, unlocking Pro after a purchase, and keeping your account working. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
The text you enter in a brainstorm session is sent to an AI model (via the Base44 platform, which hosts this app) to generate your ideas, critiques, plans, and — on the Pro plan — chat replies. Don't include information you wouldn't want processed by an AI service.
Pro is bought in the mobile app. On iPhone and iPad the purchase is made through Apple In-App Purchase, so Apple handles the payment and your card details are entered with Apple, never seen or stored by BrainStorm. We do not take payments on this website. If you bought Pro earlier we still hold an order reference, so we can verify that purchase and restore your unlock.
BrainStorm is free to use. Pro is an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $19.99 per year, and it starts with a 7-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your store account when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for another year at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
How to cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. On iPhone or iPad: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose BrainStorm, then Cancel Subscription. On Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, tap Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, choose BrainStorm, then Cancel subscription. Settings inside this app links straight to both of those screens.
Refunds are handled by the store that billed you, Apple or Google, under that store's own policy. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in your country; the price you are charged is always the one shown before you confirm. We may change the price for future renewal periods, and the store will tell you before that happens. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this app, provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
Brainstorm is built on a platform that includes standard crash reporting and performance monitoring. If the app crashes or runs slowly, an automatic report is sent so the problem can be found and fixed. Those reports can include a device identifier, your device model and system version, and which screen you were on. They are not tied to your name or email, and they are never used to track you across other apps or websites.
You're in control of your data. Here's how to delete your account:
In the app: go to Settings, then tap "Delete Account" in the Account section, then confirm. This is available any time you're signed in.
By email: if you can't get into the app, email doviapp.app@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.
Deleting your account permanently removes your account record and all data tied to it. This cannot be undone. Because brainstorm sessions and your Brain Farm live on your own device, clearing your browser or app storage removes those too.
